Directions:
- Prepare the set: Distribute the quartz and hematite chips evenly into two shallow bowls.
- Place your crystals and jewelry on the hematite chips - these will absorb negative energy. This takes about 1 hour.
- Then charge overnight: Place the minerals on the quartz chips for at least 4-6 hours to fully charge them. Quartz amplifies the energy.
- Enjoy the fresh energy: Your crystals are now cleansed and ready for meditation, wearing jewelry or energy work.

For jewelry :
